RSS Grafiti is a nice app youu just need to provide your blog address and your fan page where you need to post your links
I personally recommend it as it is not like the other one below that we have to add a code in our website which is boring!

As I said already, it is completely hard for beginners I do not recommend this ‘coz first time I also didn’t know to configure this
