What will happen if you play with Google AdSense account

Are you facing any sort of problem in changing Payment settings in Google AdSense?. One of my blogger friend recently mailed me that he is facing problem in editing payment settings in Google AdSense once he reached the minimum threshold of 10$ also. He is a newbie blogger and a spammer who don't know the value of Google Adsense. I will tell you a detailed story of what all happened and what's the reason behind this problem. This is happening in newly created accounts after Google introduced two steps verification in AdSense approval.

He straight away applied for Google AdSense at first by using DocStoc before the new Google's two step verification process introduced. And to his luck his AdSense account got approved at first attempt itself. This is the email he got from Google Adsense team once his account got approved.

Later he started spamming his blog URL on high traffic websites like Mobile9 to earn more from Google AdSense by using cheap tricks. Anyway Google is not dump to identify these cheap tricks and to his bad luck his account banned within 2 months. However he managed to receive 100$ from Google AdSense at first. Google AdSense also banned his domain to show Google ads in his blog on blogspot for spamming.

He didn't step back once his account got disabled and he was banned from AdSense. He knew how easy he can get Google Adsense approved. By this time Google already introduced two step verification process before approving an AdSense account. He followed the same steps which I mentioned earlier to get his new AdSense account approved. He applied for new AdSense account with same Payee name, same address, same IP and same geographic location. But to my surprise I don't know why Google was dumb this time to approve his new AdSense account. He didn't stop his natural habit that is spamming. Those $100 made him so crazy that he couldn't stop himself from spamming. Google has introduced new redirection policy to default blogger domains which helped him to start displaying ads in the same blog again. But this time he was fooled by Google. After all these things he told me the whole story in email with some big attachments in Gmail. He is now blocked by Google AdSense team again without any delay that too within two days of approval.

He said me that he knew that his account will be blocked and the reasons he gave are:

Normally Google displays a notification bar to edit his payment settings on a new AdSense account user in the home page itself once he logs in after he reach the minimum threshold earning 10$.
If your Adsense account is not liable to the terms and conditions of Google after you reach minimum of 10$ also it will keep on showing "You may select a form of payment after your account balance reaches $10.00".
This is the necessary process to get your earnings because once you earn 10$ in AdSense you need to edit payment method. You need to update your tax information before you start receiving your payments.
Now whenever he logs in to his disabled AdSense account this is the message he receives.

'Your AdSense account for this login is currently disabled. We recommend checking your email inboxes for any messages we may have sent you regarding your account status. Sometimes our messages can be caught by email filters, so please be sure to check the Bulk/Spam folders of your email accounts as well.'

He didn't loose the hope. He appealed for his AdSense account but the automated reply always kept saying 'your account has been disabled for invalid clicks'.
You might be thinking how I got all those emails and why am I sharing those with you. I before itself said that I got a email with big attachments.

However he now can't be able to receive any more payments in future from AdSense and even he can't be able to create new AdSense account. Never play these kind of cheap tricks with Google. You will be caught by them soon and you need to pay for it. I recommend you to create your own blog with blogger and start using custom domain and get payed for monetizing your blog with Google AdSense.
