HTC today released the bootloader unlock tool it had promised a few months ago. Currently it supports only the Sensation (EU variant), Evo 3D (Sprint) and Sensation 4G (T-Mobile). P.S. Unlocking the bootloader is not the same thing as unlocking a SIM locked phone.
