Vodafone net setter is already unlocked from the company You just need to remove the software lock that can be easily done your self.

Your first step is to Download the Files, listed below.

DOWNLOAD ZTE DRIVERS NOW
DOWNLOAD ZTE CONNECTION MANAGER

Then, Follow These steps
1. Uninstall all VODAFONE drivers and Net setter software from your Computer.

2. Then,open DCCRAP ( Download from HERE) file.(Find proper version for k3570)

3.In DC Unlocker 2, select manufacturer and Model, then just click on the search button below.
(make sure your vodafone netsetter is connected)

5.unplug dongle.

Now close your aircel modems dashboard software or else it will give an error message saying “modem busy of used by other app”

Mts mblaze uses the evdo cdma technology for connectivity. they provide their service through a variety of models of modem like mmx 250c, ec220 etc. this trick works for any cdma modem like tata indicom or reliance cdma.

You can unlock your modem easilywith in 5 minutes.

NOTE: Better do it with the help of some one who have technical knowledge on this.

Mts disables the ruim facility of the modem . All you need to do is enable the ruim (removable user identity module). this can be done easily by cdma workshop
download and install the cdma workshop software from here. kindly remember to disable the antivirus before downloading this .(File 100% virus free No risk)

Go to My Computer >> Properties >> Device Manager >> Ports (COM & LPT) >> HUAWEI Mobile Connect – 3G Application Interface (COM[X]), here X is the port number appear in your system. Note down the com port number in which your huawei e1732 idea net setter is connected.
Now Open “CDMA Workshop v2.7.0.exe“.

Under the “Main” tab Select Port number(“COM Settings (AT mode)”) which you have get in step 3 and click on Connect button.
Click on Read button.
Go to “Security” tab > Type “000000” in the blank box under SPC. Click on SPC button >> Send button with Default (nv_read) as SPC

it will show spc accepted. if this message doesnt appear unlocking will be very hard
now select the “other” tab and in the ruim select ruim if availabe or to ruim only and click on the send button. this makes your non ruim mts modem to ruim
thats it you have successfully unlocked your mts modem
if you select ruim only then the default mts service will not work
if you select ruim if available then you can use mts without the sim and other services when you insert the sim into the mts modem

if you have any trouble other than the wrong spc code please comment here. if your spc was wrong you can try to read spc code using the option in the cdma workshop. this feature is available in some models only. hope you will enjoy

This is a new technique for advance Nokia users,It works with some modem.It is sure It will not work with all modems,But If you are looking in safer side you must try this before unlocking any modem,As modem unlocking can harm your modem if not done correctly also your modem warranty will be lost on unlocking.If this post is a waste please ignore,If it is woking for you you can thank me below.

USE OTHER NETWORK SIMS WITH OUT UNLOCKING MODEM

Insert SIM in Modem
Modem show invalid SIM, just ignore it and close modem software.
Start NOKIA PC suite.
DOWNLOAD NOKIA PC SUITE
Goto nokia pc suite connect to internet option.
Goto Configure. Select your data card modem,and make all operator apn setting as like when we use nokia mobile connection.
Finish set up.
Now connect to internet through PC suite.
Net is connected without unlocking the modem.

UNLOCK IDEA 3G NETSETTER HUAWEI E1732

REQUIREMENTS

An internet connection (in case net setter data card require device drive then it can download them from internet directly).
Disable Antivirus if you have any (I am using Eset AVAST which i have disabled during unlock procedure)
You must have to download two files, 1) Download CDMA Workshop Full version and 2) Huawei e1732 downgrade firmware. (7zip will be needed to unzip the cdma workshop files)
Make sure that your modem is detected in your PC and you should know the PORT number on which your modem is connected.
Insert any SIM in modem Excepting idea (don’t insert idea SIM).

Steps to Unlock Huawei e1732 Idea Net Setter

Disable Antivirus till the time unlocking is finished, because the crack of “CDMA Workshop v2.7” will be automatically deleted by your antivirus software.
Insert Idea Net Setter modem in you PC/Laptop.
Go to My Computer >> Properties >> Device Manager >> Ports (COM & LPT) >> HUAWEI Mobile Connect – 3G Application Interface (COM[X]), here X is the port number appear in your system. Note down the com port number in which your huawei e1732 idea net setter is connected.
Now Open “CDMA Workshop v2.7.0.exe“.
Under the “Main” tab Select Port number(“COM Settings (AT mode)”) which you have get in step 3 and click on Connect button.
Click on Read button.
Go to “Security” tab > Type “000000” in the blank box under SPC. Click on SPC button >> Send button with Default (nv_read) as SPC.
Now Go to “Memory” tab and in NV Items section Click on Read button. A Conform box will appear, just click OK and you will see a NV Items Backup box. In the box “Last NV Item” type “9999” and Click OK. Save the file by giving a file name you like (i.e. E1732Unlockfile etc.)
Once the buffer reach 100% your file is saved successfully, now click OK on Information box.
Minimize the “CDMA Workshop v2.7.0.exe” application.
Now Open E1732 Downgrader application and run it. Accept the license agreement and click Next >> Wait for a few seconds until the search for your modem finishes.
(Don’t mark “Auto remove the device after update” check box) and click next and Start.
At the end of Downloading Programs… you will get an “Update Failure!” error message box, just go ahead and click OK and then Finish.
Again Maximize “CDMA Workshop v2.7.0.exe” application.
Go to “Main” tab and Click on Finish button – Unplug your idea net setter now.
Again Plugin your idea net setter modem in the computer and again find the Port number from device manager (as discussed in step 3)
Now go to “CDMA Workshop v2.7.0.exe” and select the Port that you noted from your device manager
Go to “Main” tab and click on “Connect”.
Go to “Memory” tab and click on NV Items >> Write button. On confirm box click “OK” >> “Open” dialog box will appear. Choose the file that you saved before and wait till the buffer reaches to “100%” a “Information” dialog box appears with a success message.
Click “OK” and go to “Main” tab >> Disconnect.
Now close “CDMA Workshop v2.7.0” >> A “Confirm” dialogue box will appear >> Click “NO”
Now you have successfully unlocked it

HUAWEI E1731 come with firmware version 11.126.16.04.284 which is not supported by any modem unlocking which is not supported with any tool ,So you will have to change the firmware to E1731Update_11.126.15.00.00.B416 which can sucessfully unlock your modem.

so you have to change it to E1731Update_11.126.15.00.00.B416 firmware version.

STEPS TO UNLOCK HUAWEI E1731

step one is to Install your modem software
Download E1731 Firmware (Download it From Here)
Install huawei e1731 firmware and complete the set up refer screenshot below.

Complete the installation and finish your modem firmware is sucessfully updated to 11.126.15.00.00.B416
Now unplug your modem note down its imei number from its cover.
Now you can try 2 methods If method 1 is unsuccessful try method 2

METHOD 2

Download Universal Master code Calculator download from here
now open universal Master code Calculator and enter imei number into it
You will get unlock code and flash code note down the unlock code
Now connect your modem the modem software will prompt to enter the unlock code
Enter unlock code and your modem is sucessfully unlocked
If this method fails try method 2.
You can use dc unlocker client tool to unlock your modem.
