Tutorial: Proxy for free GPRS on pc with mozilla firefox
The problem with proxies is that most of them go slow with time or
never work. Even if they work downloading from Youtube is well nigh
impossible. But here you have a choice.

You can use it as
follows:
For PC
I am showing this how to
use using mozilla firefox
browser. Go to options in mozilla> select advanced settings> in that
select settings> then go to manual configuration> put proxy and port>
check the proxy to be active on all connections.
Select ok then come back to mozilla and press F5 to refresh the page
five to six times. Once done select any free site from the list.
