Hi guys
have u seen surveys on many sites?
U also wanna add it to yours for security reasons?
here is the solution

Go to www.surveymonkey.com
Signup for freee

Fill up title then select category

Then click continue

Select a theme and add your questions

If you want u can add pages too

Then After doing everything click sendsurvey

Then it will show this

Click on website

Embed- for putting it on site

invitation popup- a popup for seeing your survey

Surveypopup- survey will popup (but u will lose your views)

so click embed

copy the embed code and paste under <body> and <head>
