1) First you have to Configure some settings in your Domain hosting Control Panel

2) After Login in to your Domain Control Panel Go to Host Records section or DNS Records section,it is depends on your Registrar.

3) First we have to give CNAME records,To give CNAME records, in the HOSTNAME place give www and at URL place give ghs.google.com .

4) First, you need to add 3 more Zone Record follow by the following diagram. Make sure the Type is A, not CNAME. Also do not include the WWW in the domain host. Just put yourdomain.com Then, use the following for the Value:

216.239.32.21
216.239.34.21
216.239.36.21
216.239.38.21

When, you’re done you will have 4 Record Zone in your setting. 3 type A and one type CNAME.
ghs.google.com

5) Now, we have already done setup everything in UR DOMAIN Lets move to the Blogger to setup the domain and replace your 'blogspot' domain with this domain name. In your blogger
dashboard, click on Settings.

After Settings, click on the Publishing Tab. Then, select Custom Domain and click on Switch to advanced settings. Fill your domain name in the your domain including with WWW in it. Enter the word verification and lastly click Save Settings
